Process Chemical Engineer – Intermediate Level

Main Responsibilities:

Contribute to the production team’s objectives by developing efficiency analysis programs and methods and optimizing processes, aiming to minimize costs and maximize productivity in manufacturing processes and utilities;
Conduct periodic visual inspections of equipment, correlating its physical condition with process conditions, providing suggestions and technical support regarding the useful life of manufacturing process equipment and utilities;
Ensure the development of knowledge on the technology adopted in production processes and utilities through studies and analyses of production systems, updating process flowcharts, and maintaining plant history.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemical Engineering, or Biochemical Engineering;
Experience in Process Engineering (project or production process profile);
Experience in productive process engineering in the industry (unit operations, pumping, heat transfer, filtration, distillation, mass/energy balance, and thermodynamics).

Sales Executive – Crop Solutions

Main Responsibilities:

Manage national businesses by visiting clients, negotiating commercial conditions and contracts (policy and distribution management), and participating in fairs and events, aiming to maximize financial results and effectiveness of budget planning;
Manage supply contracts;
Coordinate technical support (including R&D) to meet clients’ technical demands, promote, and lead the development of new business;
Reassess contractual conditions and seek alignment with the current scenario as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering, Agronomy, Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or related fields);
Experience managing medium and large accounts;
Experience in analyzing and drafting commercial contracts;
Experience with sales planning (budget, etc.);
Experience/Interface with TS&D or R&D teams;
Experience in industry in the B2B sector.

Researcher – Intermediate Level (Paints/Coatings)

Main Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and execute Innovation projects from conception to product launch (industrial production and value proposition preparation);
Build, propose, and validate long-term technological roadmaps for the segment to ensure the accurate feeding of the pipeline;
Generate and disseminate structured knowledge from applying expertise to ATs, Sales, and other members of the organization;
Read, write, and evaluate patents and scientific papers for publication or bibliographic research.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Engineering (all modalities), Biology, Agronomy, Pharmacy, Physics, among others.
Knowledge in surfactant technology for architectural applications, such as wetting agents and/or dispersants;
Knowledge in coalescing agent technology for water-based paints in the architectural market;
Knowledge of testing methodologies (NBR/ASTM) for architectural paints;
Basic knowledge of analytical and physicochemical methodologies (chromatography, rheology, surface tension, etc.);
Advanced English.
