During the two-year duration, you will learn to operate low and high voltage electrical systems, following technical standards and current legislation.

The program’s dynamics include two days of theoretical classes at SENAI, complemented with three days of practical experience at the MetrôRio Maintenance Center. Under the supervision of experienced professionals, the apprentices will have the opportunity to apply their knowledge directly in the company’s facilities, acquiring valuable experience for their future careers.

Who Can Apply?
The MetrôRio positions for Young Apprentice 2025 are exclusively for cis or trans women who meet the following requirements:
- Age between 18 and 21;
- High school diploma;
- Availability to work in the morning shift, from 8 AM to 12 PM;
- Not participating in another Young Apprentice program;
- Not having previously completed the Industrial Electrician course at SENAI.
Additionally, it is necessary to present documents such as ID, CPF, PIS, work card, voter registration, and proof of education. If you meet the criteria and are interested in entering the electricity field, this could be the ideal opportunity to take the first steps in your career.
