Those selected for the home office positions at MindBe will work a 5×2 schedule from Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM with a formal employment type (CLT). Applicants for the telemarketing positions should have completed high school, prior experience in customer service, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong persuasion and negotiation skills, the ability to handle objections and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
It is also necessary to have patience and the ability to handle frustrated or irate customers, basic knowledge of customer service systems and office software, results-oriented mindset, and the capability to work with targets, flexibility in hours, including availability to work rotating shifts and weekends if needed. It is worth mentioning that knowledge of Telecom is considered a plus.
