Offshore Instrumentation Supervisor

Macaé, Rio de Janeiro

• Instrumentation Supervisor with offshore experience with a minimum of 5 years in related fields:
• Equipment: Gas turbines (AVON/ROLLS ROYCE), generator sets, gas compressors, water treatment plant;
• Calibration/maintenance of instruments (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic), frequency inverters, safety detectors, level switches, valve maintenance, measurement systems;
• Programming and maintenance of automation in ALTUS environment;
• Technical outlining of repairs/maintenance/projects;
• Planning, training, mentoring of teams;
• Skilled in Pack Office tools. Knowledge of SAP or similar. Knowledge of maintenance planning tools;
• Knowledge of the Totvs system will be a differential;

Crane Maintenance Supervisor

Macaé, RJ

Experience in Maintenance of Pellegrine Cranes is essential for this position (do not apply if you do not have this experience). Models: Cranes GN 25/25 DH.

Must provide reports showing involvement in the execution or supervision of the following activities:

• Replacement of the pulley set of the boom hoisting system;
• Replacement of a load winch reducer;
• Replacement of a load winch pulley set;
• Inspection of structural welds;
• Inspection of pins (outrigger/boom foot);
• NDT inspection of boom foot pins (disassembly/inspection/reassembly);
• NDT inspection of shafts – hydraulic motors and hydraulic pumps;
• NDT inspection of brakes – disks and bands;
• NDT inspection of steel wire drum; among others.
