In total, over 900 positions are available in different states of the country for undergraduate students expected to graduate between December 2024 and December 2026.

Applications

Applications for the selection process can be made until June 12, through the website www.vale.com/estagio. Those interested in participating in the process must present a declaration from the educational institution authorizing the internship. It is important to note that there is no age limitation, as long as students are enrolled and have an expected graduation date within the timeframe established by the company.

Selected students will have the opportunity to work for Vale in three formats: in-person, remote with frequent access to company locations, or remote with occasional access to company locations. For the first model, candidates must be residents of the city of the position or nearby cities.

Selection Process

The selection process will be completely online, and all its stages have been developed to be eliminatory, including registration, tests, group dynamics, and a panel with managers. The forecast is for admissions to occur starting in October of this year.

In addition to access to the exclusive development pathway, selected interns will receive a monthly scholarship of R$ 1,375.40. They will also be entitled to transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, medical assistance, Gympass, ergonomics assistance, employee assistance and support programs, life insurance, and a Christmas basket, as well as paid leave of 15 days every 6 months.
