VALE Announces New Job Openings in Carajás

VALE has opened 10 job openings for the position of Equipment and Facilities Operator I, in Canaã dos Carajás, Pará. The selection process began on September 12 and will continue until September 18, 2025.

The opportunities are part of the S11D unit, considered the largest open-pit iron ore mine in the world. The contract is indefinite, with a 3×3 schedule and day and night shifts.

The mining company emphasized that the initiative seeks to increase diversity in mining, with a priority for female applicants.

The program reinforces VALE’s commitment to transforming the work environment. The goal is to increase the presence of women in a sector historically dominated by men.
