Votorantim Energia opens applications for its 2020 internship program. The company is looking for proactive and responsible young people, interested and available for learning, aligned with the company’s purpose, and energetic to develop personally and professionally.

According to the People and Communication Manager at Votorantim Energia, “We believe that young people have the power to decide about their careers, but we can also help on this journey. The pillars of the Internship Program are consolidated in the development of the “Self”, which means exploring self-awareness, “Us”, that is, getting to know others, and “Everyone”, so that each person’s actions reach and benefit the community. In this sense, in partnership with the Talent Company, we developed a selection process that eliminates biases and ensures the inclusion and diversity of candidates, with blind processes”.

The Votorantim Energia internship program has three stages. The first and second will be online, while the third will be in person with the respective managers and human resources professionals.

The positions are concentrated in the corporate office in São Paulo, with one position also available at the Sorocaba Hydroelectric Complex. Selected interns will receive a scholarship, medical assistance, meal vouchers, and transportation, in addition to personal accident insurance.

Applications can be submitted by clicking here and will close on April 13. The program will last for one year and can be renewed for another year.
