Votorantim Energia is the 2nd largest energy market trader in the country. It is responsible for generating energy through 21 wind farms, with 564 MW of installed capacity and 98 wind turbines from the Ventos do Piauí Wind Complex and 156 wind turbines at the Ventos do Araripe III Complex. There are 35 hydroelectric plants and 21 wind farms, totaling 1,870 MW managed.

Financial Planning Analyst

The Financial Planning Analyst will be responsible for managing a business unit of VE, which includes closing the monthly statements and projecting results for the next 5 years, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, among others.

Main Responsibilities:

• Focus on Business Performance – Building benchmarks, new metrics, and financial management dashboards aimed at influencing the company’s decision-making;
• Managing closing routines and committees;
• Interacting with the Controllership and Energy Planning in closing results and Rolling Forecast;
• Conducting new results analyses to support management;
• Responsible for a business chain;
• Financial Modeling;
• Seeking margin gain opportunities;
• Closing the Rolling Forecast via Hypireon;
• Preparing presentations for the Financial Board and partners and shareholders;

Civil Engineer

The Civil Engineer must support the processes of issuing reports, conduct inspections, specify and manage contracts, and monitor activities related to Dam Safety and Maintenance.

Main Activities:

• Providing technical support to other areas of Votorantim Energia and the Votorantim Group related to the Civil Engineering needs of the various plants of the group;
• Preparing studies, technical reports, and recommendations related to dam safety and maintenance activities and associated structures, under the guidance of the Civil Engineering Coordinator;
• Monitoring the execution of contracted civil maintenance activities, inspections, and developing new projects to ensure the technical quality of the services provided;
• Conducting inspections and technical visits to projects of interest in the Votorantim Group to identify necessary actions for civil maintenance of the plant and/or identify engineering solutions for the implementation of a new project;

Energy Management Analyst I

Main Activities:

• Supporting and guiding our clients (external and internal);
• Registering and validating our contracts in the Electricity Trading Chamber (CliqCCEE);
• Executing the terms provided in the electricity contracts (seasonality, flexibility, modulation, etc.);
• Defining the financial value due from the contract in each cycle and requesting entry in SAP (billing/payment);
• Monitoring delinquency;
• Drafting contractual templates and monitoring the signing process;
• Managing the financial guarantees of the electricity contracts;
• Supporting automation projects and new platforms of Votorantim;
• Preparing management reports;
