About the Company
According to Assembly Operator Andressa Correa, working at WEG has always been a goal. In 2017, she participated in a selection process and, due to having incomplete elementary education, she did not get the opportunity.
Thus, she went back to studying and in 2020, with a complete high school education, she became an employee. She started as a machine assistant, then began operating them and continues studying to eventually take on the distribution of the area.
