The construction of a planned neighborhood here is not just a slogan, but a reality that will change the way of living in the state capital. With around 2,700 residential units, the project expects to attract 8,000 residents who will be able to enjoy 35 towers, 300 houses, and over 200 commercial spaces. Innovation and Top-Notch Education
As if that weren’t enough, the PARC Autódromo will house a headquarters for the innovation hub “Track,” designed to attract startups and companies from the creative industry, as well as a unit of the traditional Bom Jesus school, with the capacity for one thousand students.
