Now, for this Wednesday, (06/15), the logistics and maritime agency services for ships in the region are continuing as planned, with several deals closed with vessels from the state’s ports, like the Port of Suape, aiming for greater efficiency in maritime transport operations.

Wilson Sons is one of the largest companies in the maritime and port transportation sector worldwide and has a strong presence in the Brazilian market, due to the port movement potential that the country has.

Thus, the company seeks to grow even more in the national territory and, during the month of May, opened another branch in the country, now in the state of Recife, aiming to attract business in the northeastern region.

Even with little time since the inauguration of its new branch in the state of Recife, Wilson Sons has already achieved strong demand in the area and has closed several contracts with Recife-based ships. Only during the last month, the company closed contracts with three vessels that operated diesel and steel products in the Port of Suape, and soda ash in Recife.

In addition to two other ships during the month for the provision of husbandry services, focused on the shipowner’s needs, such as crew changes and supply of parts and provisions on board.

Thus, Ludwig Silva, operations coordinator of agency services at the branch, celebrated the new port logistics services in the region: “The five services in this first month of operation are a true milestone and prove the potential of Pernambuco, which has shown to be a very promising state. We see Recife and Suape as strategic for Wilson Sons’ business and hope to contribute to the development of the region, serving clients with the quality standard of the largest agency in Brazil.”

Now, Wilson Sons is advancing in search of new business for its portfolio in the state of Recife and will continue investing in maritime agency services for ships from ports like Suape in the northeastern region.
