According to the website Sociedade Militar, the Brazilian Navy is open for registration for the Public Competition for Admission to the Marine Corps Soldier Training Course. The competition offers a total of 1,680 opportunities for Brazilians of both genders, aged between 18 and 21 years. Requirements and Positions Offered in the Navy Competition
To apply, it is necessary to have completed high school or be in the final year. Out of the total positions, 1,152 are for general competition, 288 are reserved for black candidates, 192 for women, and 48 for black women. Applications are open until February 16, with a fee of R$ 40. Candidates from the CadÚnico program and bone marrow donors are exempt from this fee.
The educational exam will consist of a written objective test, with 50 multiple-choice questions divided between Portuguese Language and Mathematics. After this phase, candidates will undergo checks for biographical data, health inspection, physical fitness tests, and other steps to confirm their approval.

Course and Benefits Offered in the Navy Competition
The competition for the Marine Corps Soldier Training Course will last approximately 17 weeks, with internships in various locations across the country. During the course, selected candidates will receive benefits such as food, uniforms, and medical-dental, psychological, social, and religious assistance. In addition, enlisted marines will receive an initial allowance of R$ 1,303.90, which will increase to R$ 2,294.50 after the completion of the course.
