Descomplica’s Technology Partnership Program Offers Compensation for Students in Technology Course
Descomplica, an online education startup, launches a partnership with the technology training program Impulso Tec, offering 150 of the 200 available spots. With compensation of R$ 2,250 monthly, the admission of students aims for their full dedication to the course, which has 8 hours of daily classes for 3 months.

The classes will be on Descomplica’s LMS platform, with evaluation methods specific to the edtech. After the first 12 weeks, participants will undergo 3 more months of training through a technical residency at one of the partner companies, totaling a semester of training. At the end of this period, students will have practical experiences, making it possible for hiring by the consultancy Accenture or Itaú Unibanco.
According to Daniel Pedrino, president of Descomplica Faculdade Digital, the course was developed to help meet Brazil’s technology gap: “Our aim is to train and prepare future professionals in the field.” The program will have one class for SysOps and another for JavaScript. The first will have 14 subjects for 50 students, while the second will have 12 subjects for 100 students. Both will include 2 integrative projects and 480 hours of content.

How to Enroll in the Technology Course
The requirements for participation are: being over eighteen years old, completed Elementary School, proficiency in writing, reading, text interpretation, and logic, as well as basic computer and technology knowledge. The candidate does not need prior programming knowledge and should not be employed. Additionally, it is necessary for the candidate to reside in the metropolitan regions of Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Recife, and Belo Horizonte.
The selection process will occur in five stages. Initially, the interested party needs to register on this site by January 30. The second and third phases consist of two tests, starting with a personality test followed by one in Portuguese. Then, there is a logic and technical skills exam, finishing with a group dynamics session.
Students who are selected must submit documentation for the contract signing and will be directed to their respective classes, where they will attend live and recorded lessons, complete projects, exercises, and assessments.
Throughout the course, students will be required to develop databases integrated with applications, execute applications via the AWS cloud system, use JavaScript and NodeJS as programming languages to create applications, work collaboratively, enhance communication and self-awareness, and integrate various teams.
