RD Saúde, the result of the merger between the Raia and Drogasil pharmacy chains, is offering 2,000 job opportunities in various locations across the country. The job openings include different profiles of professionals, from beginners to experienced professionals, focusing on the internal development and training of employees.

Various Job Openings Available at Pharmacies

Cashiers:: There are 1,000 available positions for those with a high school diploma and over 18 years old. Selected candidates will be trained to work at the cash register and assist with store organization, with opportunities for career growth.
Parking Attendants: The company is offering 100 positions for this role, which requires a completed elementary education and age over 18. People with disabilities can also apply, provided they present a medical report.
Operational Assistants: There are 400 exclusive positions for people with disabilities, with a requirement of completed elementary education and age over 18.
Pharmacists: RD Saúde has 500 available positions for professionals with a degree in Pharmacy and registration with the Regional Pharmacy Council (CRF). Pharmacists will receive training to assist customers with health and wellness issues.

Expansion and Benefits in Job Openings

The company plans to open 280 to 300 new branches in 2024. Additionally, it offers benefits such as medical and dental plans, transportation vouchers, meal assistance, life insurance, gym assistance, and career paths. RD Saúde has also launched a degree program in Pharmacy, with the first class made up exclusively of employees.
