3R Petroleum, an independent oil company, intends to increase its workforce to meet the requirements of new projects that are arising. For this reason, it made an announcement about the availability of new job openings for mechanical engineer and processing engineer, both positions for Offshore operations in the state of Rio de Janeiro.

In addition to these two positions, the company also made available several others for Onshore operations. This includes opportunities for the formation of an exclusive talent pool for people with disabilities and an internship program, also in Rio de Janeiro.

Processing Engineer

Higher education degree in Chemical Engineering;
Practical experience in the fields of processing engineering (oil, gas, and injection water treatment) for offshore oil and gas production units;
Knowledge of legislative requirements (CONAMA, IBAMA, ANP) for gas flaring and disposal of water generated in the sea;
Knowledge and experience in verifying engineering documents for offshore production unit plants (oil, gas, injection water treatment);
Knowledge of the procedures for the operation of marine units;
Accessibility for occasional travel and operations in marine units;
Ability to communicate in the English language.

Mechanical Engineer

Degree in Mechanical Engineering;
Knowledge and experience in Mechanical Engineering for Floating Units;
Understanding of Legal Requirements and Classification Societies; and
Necessary knowledge and skills in mechanical maintenance, with a special focus on large rotating equipment (such as combustion engines, generators, compressors, fire pumps, drive turbines, etc.);
Familiarity with the operation procedures of marine units;
Availability for occasional travel and embarkation on marine units;
Ability to communicate in the English language.
