Free distance learning courses for nursing technicians! UFPB and Technical School of Health offer 5.000 places with certification!
The Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB), in a grand initiative, announced the opening of 5 thousand places in technical specialization courses in nursing. This is a unique chance for professionals in the field to deepen their knowledge at no cost. Through the Professional and Technological Center Escola Técnica de Saúde (CPT-ETS), UFPB makes history with this program, offering five specialized courses, all free and distance learning.

The success of the program is already evident. According to Professor Maria Soraya Pereira, Director of CPT-ETS, more than 85% of students in the first class approved the distance specialization. This reflects not only the quality of teaching, but the adaptability and efficiency of the distance education model implemented by UFPB. Post-Tec, now in its second year, has established itself as one of the largest training programs for nursing technicians the country.
Os courses free technicians, with a workload of 300 hours, are divided between theory and practice. While 225 hours are dedicated to Virtual learning environment (AVA), the remaining 75 hours are for professional practice. It is up to the student to find a place to practice, whether in their own work environment or in another appropriate location. This offers flexibility and the opportunity to apply the knowledge acquired directly in the area of activity.

Requirements: Candidates must have a technical nursing certificate and active registration with the Regional Nursing Council (korean), in addition to being employed in healthcare establishments.
To the free online courses focused on critical patients and surgical centers, there is an additional requirement: proof of the existence, in the candidate's work institution, of the sectors necessary for the practice. This requirement ensures that learning is applied in the most appropriate environment, further enriching the educational experience.

O application process It's simple, but vital to guarantee your place. The choice of course must be made carefully: in addition to the first option, a second must be selected in case of remaining vacancies. The selection of candidates, based on the order of registration and proof of documents, is a fair and transparent process. Step by step for Registration:
- Access CofenPlay between February 15th and 17th.
- Complete the electronic form and self-declaration available.
- Attach the necessary documents, including the electoral discharge certificate and proof of military service discharge for male candidates, by February 27th.
- If applying for the Adult Critical Patient Care, Neonatal Critical Patient Care or Surgical Center Nursing courses, complete the second part of Annex I.
