Free EAD Courses for Nursing Technicians! UFPB and School of Health Technology Offer 5,000 Places with Certification!
The Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB), in a grand initiative, announced the opening of 5,000 places in technical nursing specialization courses. This is a unique opportunity for professionals in the field to deepen their knowledge at no cost. Through the Professional and Technological Center School of Health Technology (CPT-ETS), UFPB makes history with this program, offering five specialized courses, all free and EAD.
EAD: Over 85% of Students from the First Class Passed the Distance Specialization
The success of the program is already evident. According to Professor Maria Soraya Pereira, Director of CPT-ETS, over 85% of students from the first class passed the distance specialization. This reflects not only the quality of education but also the adaptability and efficiency of the distance education model implemented by UFPB. The Pós-Tec, now in its second year, establishes itself as one of the largest training programs for nursing technicians in the country.
The free technical courses, with a workload of 300 hours, are divided between theory and practice. While 225 hours are dedicated to the Virtual Learning Environment (AVA), the remaining 75 hours are for professional practice. It is up to the student to find the location for the practice, whether in their own workplace or another suitable location. This offers flexibility and opportunity to apply the knowledge acquired directly in the area of expertise.
