Luxury Cars With Imposing Looks, Solid Performance, And Affordable Maintenance Are Turning Into Golden Opportunities In The Used Market.

Many drivers believe that luxury cars are synonymous with high costs, but that is not always the case. Some used models combine sophistication with reliability and have simpler maintenance than expected. And best of all: they are costing less than a brand new compact SUV.

Below, we list five used luxury cars that are budget-friendly and offer comfort, performance, and status — without compromising the budget at the repair shop.

Ford Edge Limited AWD 2013

5 used luxury cars that cost less than a brand new SUV and still impress

The Ford Edge was once the brand’s most sophisticated SUV in Brazil, and even with more than 10 years, the look still impresses. The Limited version comes with 20-inch wheels, projector headlights, and a robust chrome grille. The muscular style commands presence on the streets.

Inside, the Edge delivers refined finishing, Sony sound system, 8″ multimedia, panoramic sunroof, and electric seats. The V6 3.5 gasoline engine generates 289 hp and 34.7 kgfm, with a 6-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive. It is reliable and provides acceptable fuel consumption for a V6: about 7 km/l in the city. On the Fipe table, it costs R$ 63,700.

Honda Accord 2.4 2014

The 2.4 aspirated gasoline engine generates 175 hp and 22.9 kgfm, with a 5-speed automatic transmission. The performance is adequate, and fuel consumption is around 9 km/l in the city. Servicing is simple, and the car is known for its durable mechanics. Current value on the Fipe table: R$ 70,200.

Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 2014

Inside, leather finishing, electric seats with memory, premium sound system, and multimedia with GPS make up the package. The engine is a 3.6 V6 gasoline with 286 hp and an 8-speed automatic transmission and 4×4 drive. The fuel consumption is not its strong suit (6 to 7 km/l), but the mechanical durability compensates. Fipe: R$ 84,907.

The 3.0 V6 engine delivers 250 hp and 28.8 kgfm with a 6-speed automatic transmission. The performance is excellent, and fuel consumption averages 7 km/l in the city and 10 on the highway. A luxurious sedan with simple maintenance and excellent cost-benefit. On the Fipe table: R$ 73,540.
