The NOVOTEC Program in São Paulo Is Offering Free Courses in Logistics, Programming, Design, and More

The Novotec program, a professional qualification initiative by the government of the state of São Paulo, is offering 8,355 opportunities in 15 regions of the state. There are 21 free courses available in different areas, such as design, logistics, programming, marketing, Excel, management, human resources, and more. Registration can be done until March 9.

Applicants must be: Young people between 14 and 24 years old, with completed elementary education. If there are more interested candidates than available spots, each course will have a different limited number of spots and vocational standards.

The NOVOTEC Program:

The Novotec program has arrived, bringing options for free technical and vocational courses to high school students at state schools in São Paulo. Offered by reference institutions such as ETECs and FATECs of the Paula Souza Center, the courses have content aligned with the demands of the labor market and life outside of school.

In this first semester of 2021, the courses will be blended, meaning that part of the classes will be online and live, conducted through the Microsoft Teams platform. There will also be in-person meetings at the educational unit chosen at the time of registration.
