Even in the pandemic, the group's companies opened more than a thousand jobs. According to Matheus Fonseca, HR manager at Movile, companies should exceed this number in 2021, after all, the more than 800 vacancies announced are all available now.

The group already had flexibility in their way of working before the isolation, so they were able to quickly adapt to the remote model. In the new job vacancies, they were able to geographically expand their search for new talent and want to continue expanding the team without having limitations.

For job openings now, around 45% of openings will be for the technology team, focusing on data, engineering and product areas. But the group is also looking for professionals in the areas of sales, logistics, marketing, human resources, among others.

And the HR manager reveals the top three traits they've been looking for most in candidates: learning ability, resilience and communication.

Among the job vacancies, some are marked as exclusive to the Empretece program. At the end of last year, the group announced the initiative focusing on black professionals and made a commitment to fill senior-level positions on the board only when it found someone with that profile.
