100% electric compact SUV to be launched in 2025 and marks GM's 100th anniversary in the country
The new Chevrolet Spark EUV has already been confirmed for launch in Brazil in 2025. The compact electric SUV will be sold in the Activ version, with a modern design, up to 400 km of autonomy and advanced driving technologies.
Chevrolet Spark EUV promises to shake up the electric SUV market in Brazil
General Motors has made the arrival of the Chevrolet Spark EUV to Brazil as part of the automaker's 100th anniversary celebrations in the country. The model will be imported from China, based on the Baojun Yep Plus, and marks the beginning of a new phase of releases of the brand on Brazilian soil.
With a straight-line design and “box” profile, the Chevrolet Spark It features LED headlights embedded in a black strip at the front and vertical taillights at the rear. The Activ version will be the only one available on the national market, with six color options and paint combinations, including the Sea Blue highlight with a Polar White roof.

Chevrolet Spark EUV engine, battery and performance
O Chevrolet Spark The EUV has a rear electric motor with 102 hp (75 kW) and torque of 180 Nm. The 41,9 kWh battery (LFP) guarantees up to 400 km of autonomy in the Chinese WLTC cycle, 298 km in the European WLTP standard and between 250 and 300 km according to Inmetro estimates. The maximum speed is 150 km/h.
Vehicle dimensions: 3,99 m long, 1,76 m wide, 1,73 m high and 2,56 m wheelbase. The trunk holds up to 385 liters.
Technology and comfort in the Chevrolet Spark EUV
Among the highlights of the Chevrolet Spark EUV features an 8,8” digital dashboard and a 10,1” multimedia center, compatible with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The model also offers a 360° camera, lane keeping assist, automatic parking, front and rear sensors, and adaptive cruise control.
Comfort is guaranteed by items such as digital air conditioning, proximity key, remote start and a driver's seat with six-way electric adjustment.
Chevrolet Spark EUV price and competition in Brazil
Although the official value has not been announced, the Chevrolet Spark EUV costs the equivalent of R$128 in the Middle East. In Brazil, the estimate is between R$130 and R$140, positioning the model as a direct competitor to the BYD Dolphin in the compact electric SUV segment.
O Chevrolet Spark EUV was revealed to the public during promotional activities for GM's 100th anniversary in Brazil, including a presentation on Big Brother Brasil 25. The automaker confirmed that the model will be the first of five vehicles to be launched throughout 2025 in the country.
