With more than 200 options available, the new platform makes it easier to search, choose and register for activities offered to the general public. Diversity of courses and activities at USP

Types of courses offered by USP
USP courses are organized into four main modalities: specialization, improvement, updating and dissemination. Each modality serves different audiences and objectives. See the main characteristics of each one:
- Fellowship: With a minimum workload of 360 hours and 40 hours of monograph, these courses are aimed at specific fields of knowledge, such as MBAs.
- Improvement: Similar to specialization, but without the requirement for a monograph and with a minimum workload of 180 hours. Ideal for those looking to deepen their knowledge without the need for a monograph.
- Update: With a minimum duration of 30 hours, these courses aim to disseminate the progress of knowledge in specific areas, in a more punctual manner.
- Diffusion: With a minimum duration of 4 hours, these courses aim to disseminate knowledge and techniques to the community in general.
Extension activities for graduates
In addition to courses, USP also offers extension activities aimed at exclusively for graduates, divided into three categories:
- Professional Practice: Focused on improving the exercise of professional activity.
- Update Program: Develops knowledge or techniques in specific areas, allowing the interested party to stay up to date.
- Residence: Aimed at deepening scientific knowledge and technical proficiency through in-service training.
