Permanent Opportunity at Sesi in Santa Catarina Offers Positions for Cleaning Assistants with Flexible Schedules, Proportional Remuneration and Possibility of Acting in the Morning.

The Social Service of Industry opened a permanent selection process for the position of cleaning assistant in Braço do Norte, in the South of Santa Catarina, with the possibility of working only in the morning.

The opportunity does not require prior experience and accepts candidates with education up to the incomplete fifth grade of elementary school, including literate individuals who have not attended regular school.

Although the electronic system indicates one position, Sesi clarifies that it is a reserve list, with no defined number of hires and no expected start date for activities.

According to the institution, approved candidates in the evaluation stages may be called as needed by the unit.

Working Hours and Remuneration

The selection includes different monthly working hours.

For those working one hundred hours, the reported remuneration is R$ 899.09, considering base salary and additional pay.

The working hours of 110 hours yield R$ 989.00, while the 150-hour regime reaches R$ 1,348.64.

The definition of schedule will be made by Sesi according to internal demand, although the notice emphasizes opportunities in the morning shift.

The contract is monthly and for an indefinite period.

Steps of the Process and Criteria

According to the announcement, the position includes operational activities related to cleaning and maintenance of environments, a function deemed essential for the functioning of the institution’s units.

The complete details are in the documents attached to the process.

The screening occurs in several phases, starting with the receipt of resumes registered exclusively on the Pandapé platform.

The resume analysis checks whether the candidate meets the education requirements and the job profile.

Those approved at this stage proceed to the practical evaluation, conducted in person.

During this phase, the participant receives a text about the position and needs to prepare a brief report, in about ten minutes, describing their experiences and their relationship with the intended activity.

Next, they undergo an individual interview lasting approximately twenty minutes.

The team evaluates criteria such as proactivity, organization, communication, and interaction, points deemed fundamental for adequate performance in the role.

Rules for Participation

The process emphasizes that only the information recorded in the platform’s resume will be considered.

Information mentioned verbally or in external attachments will not be included in the analysis.

Proof of literacy occurs during the interview, following internal guidelines.

As this is a permanent selection, new calls may occur throughout the year as needs arise in the Braço do Norte unit.

Participants receive notifications via email or phone, according to the registered data.

The person responsible for the process is Leticia Danuza Frantz, who also provides a regional phone contact for specific inquiries.

Working at Sesi and Job Routine

The Fiesc System, which includes Sesi, Senai, Fiesc, and IEL, informs that it keeps its job opportunities updated in the institutional career space.

The focus is to expand access for workers to operational, administrative, and technical positions in various regions of the state.

For the position of cleaning assistant, the intention is to maintain an active pool of professionals ready to assume the routine of cleaning and conservation of spaces.

Although the process does not set a fixed hiring schedule, approved candidates tend to be called as demand fluctuates.

The reserve list modality appears frequently in permanent selections, especially in institutions that operate in multiple municipalities and need to cover absences, vacations, or new operational needs.

The guidelines also highlight the importance of candidates clearly describing their previous activities, even if they do not have formal experience in the field.

This stage is used by evaluators to identify the level of organization and understanding of daily work in an institutional environment.

Furthermore, the selection predicts a final score based solely on the practical evaluation, a decisive step for the result.

There are no plans for written tests or additional assessments. The announcement of approved candidates occurs after the completion of the interviews.

How to Apply

Interested individuals should register their resume on the platform adopted by Fiesc and monitor the provided email, as invitations are sent directly to candidates.

Since the process is continuous, registration can be done at any time, with no closing date.

The institution reinforces that only correctly filled data will be analyzed by the recruitment teams.

For those seeking stability and a morning routine, this may be an opportunity to enter the industrial services sector even without prior experience.

With hiring under CLT and proportional remuneration to the selected working hours, the process particularly attracts residents of the region looking for flexibility and a quick start in the job market.
