Weighing nearly 100 tons and approximately 30 meters long, the vehicle, which resembles a small submarine, features dual torpedo tubes and the ability to deploy smaller vehicles.
Despite its appearance as a traditional submarine, the Huilong does not operate independently. During sea trials, it is towed by support vessels, as it lacks an active propulsion system. However, its structure and configuration raise questions about possible military uses in combat scenarios.
