The GORO Mountain Resort, an ambitious £1.2 billion project, is taking shape in the Lviv region, near the border with Poland.

The resort in Ukraine will have guaranteed snow year-round, with over 800 acres of artificial snow. There will be 41 amazing slopes for skiers of all levels, in one of the largest ski complexes in Europe!

The Future Of Ukrainian Tourism

According to Express Co, even in times of uncertainty, Ukraine is betting big on the future. The CEO of OKKO, Vaysl Danylyak, stated that this is a strategic investment for the recovery of the country. And it makes perfect sense.

In addition to being a hub for attracting tourists and investors, the resort could become a center for psychological rehabilitation, offering a refuge for those living through the traumas of war.

With the first phase scheduled to be completed between 2028 and 2029, and the total forecast of 15 years for the completion of the project, the GORO Mountain Resort promises to put Ukraine on the map of international tourism.

I find it absolutely horrandous, that other countries are suffering because of Billions going to Support Ukraine. It will take decades to bring back normalety to these countries. Totally wrong
