The selected candidates will be able to work in the units of Ponta da Madeira (MA), Tubarão (ES), Terminal da Ilha Guaíba (RJ) and Companhia Portuária Baía de Sepetiba (RJ), in addition to the railway structures of the Estrada de Ferro Carajás (EFC) and the Estrada de Ferro Vitória a Minas (EFVM), two of the most important ore transport lines in the country.
The program includes activities such as practical projects, technical visits, specialized mentoring and language training.
The company emphasizes that there is no need to be fluent in English to participate, as all trainees receive personalized language acceleration.
