The program is aimed at young engineers without experience, who dream of working on real large-scale projects and growing within a giant of Brazilian mining and logistics.

An Opportunity to Start Your Career at a High Level in One of the Largest Mining Companies in the World

Vale announced new in-person positions in the states of Pará, Maranhão, Minas Gerais, Espírito Santo, and Rio de Janeiro, aimed especially at recent graduates who want to enter the port and railway sector.

More than just a job, the program promises a complete immersion in the company’s operations, which is a global reference in logistic engineering and sustainable mining.

During 18 months of intensive training, participants experience all stages of the production chain: from the arrival of ore to international shipping.

The goal is to train new technical leaders, with access to mentoringjob rotation and English training focused on the corporate environment.

According to the company itself, the program is one of the most sought-after entry points in Brazilian engineering, as it provides practical experience in large-scale projects and direct contact with experienced professionals.

The initiative is part of Vale’s strategy to invest in new generations of talent to modernize its operations and strengthen the culture of innovation within the company.

Program Structure: Port, Railway, and Real Challenges

The Vale Engineering Trainee Program 2026 lasts 18 months, combining technical learning and practical experience in real environments.

The opportunities are concentrated in the areas of port and railway, two pillars that support the logistical infrastructure of the mining company.

The program includes activities such as practical projectstechnical visitsspecialized mentoring and language training.

The company emphasizes that there is no need to be fluent in English to participate, as all trainees receive personalized language acceleration.

The positions are open to engineers who graduated between December 2022 and December 2025, from different specialties.

The accepted areas include Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Production, Railway, Port, and Industrial Instrumentation Engineering.

Não desfazendo, más é bom ter uma indústria, no caso de extração, e material quase 100% grátis. Consegue se pagar bons salários e benefícios.
