- Above R$ 1,000: Only 1.8% of beneficiaries.
Step by Step: How to Consult and Redeem Your Funds
The process is simple and divided into two stages. First, the consultation, which does not require a login. Just provide the CPF and date of birth (for individuals) or the CNPJ and date of incorporation (for companies).
If there are amounts to receive, the redemption requires a login to the Gov.br account , silver or gold level. The funds can be redeemed in two ways: by contacting the institution directly or by making the request through the SVR itself.
New Feature: Automatic Redemption via PIX CPF Key
In May, the Central Bank launched a new feature. It is the automatic redemption request. With it, the citizen no longer needs to consult the system periodically.
Enrollment in the service is optional and exclusive to individuals. To use it, you must have a PIX key of the CPF type. Thus, if any institution releases a new resource in their name, the credit will be made directly to the account.
Important Alert: Beware of Scams, Warns the Central Bank
The Central Bank issues an important alert about scams. Scammers may try to pose as intermediaries. Remember that all SVR services are free.
The BC does not send links and does not contact to verify personal data. Only the financial institution where the funds are can contact the citizen. Never provide your passwords to anyone.
