FAQ: Some Questions and Answers About the Online Course
See below for some questions and answers about the English and aviation course.
What Is the Approval Criterion and Certificate Issuance for the Free English Course?
At the end of each phase of the online and free English course, candidates will have access to a test called “Progress Test.” This test will last an average of 45 minutes and, ultimately, upon completing all phases, there will be a final test lasting 1 hour covering all learned content.
It is important for candidates to achieve a score of 80 or higher. If this average is not reached, they will not be entitled to a completion certificate.
How Do I Know If I Passed? Can I Issue the Certificate Early If I Finish the Course Before the Deadline?
If you have completed all necessary activities and scored an average higher than 80 on the Media Mastery (final one-hour test), it means that your profile has been approved and you may request the completion certificate. If you finish the course before its final deadline (09/23), you must wait for the final deadline day to issue your certificate, just like all other students.
The Certificate Was Issued with the Wrong Name, What Now?
If the certificate is issued with the wrong name, you can issue it again by simply updating the name and surname fields in your profile.
