About Eve’s Electric Flying Car
The eVTOL, developed by Eve, is a fully electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft. According to Embraer, the aircraft, designed with a focus on users, will provide transportation that is comfortable, with low noise and no carbon emissions.
As informed by Luiz Felipe Valentini, Eve’s Chief Technology Officer, formalizing the certification process for the eVTOL is a very important step for continuing the discussions that are already taking place between Eve and ANAC regarding the certification of the vehicle for urban mobility.
In December of last year, Eve and Sydney Seaplanes, a company from Australia, announced that they would form a partnership to initiate the implementation of electric air taxi operations in Sydney, with an initial order of 50 aircraft, scheduled for delivery starting in 2026.
