Ambev, in partnership with Movimento Black Money, is offering 20,000 slots in free courses in the technology field for young Black individuals. The courses cover high-demand areas such as digital marketing, artificial intelligence, data science, B2B sales, and digital transformation. This initiative is part of the Bora program, a productive inclusion hub by Ambev, aimed at providing quality training to promote the inclusion of young Black individuals in the job market.

The courses are free and online, with flexible classes to facilitate access to learning. In addition to video lessons, participants will have access to support materials, quizzes, and practical projects, creating a learning path that prepares students for future opportunities.

Completion Certificate and Exclusive Job Bank for Free Online Courses

At the end of the courses, students will receive a certificate attesting to their completion of the training and will gain access to an exclusive job bank managed by Movimento Black Money, Movimento pela Equidade Racial (MOVER), and 1MIO. This network significantly increases the graduates’ chances of entering the job market by connecting them with companies that value diversity and racial inclusion in their teams.

In addition to the courses, students will have the chance to participate in Inovahack, a special event taking place in November in Salvador. The event will bring together 150 young people to solve technological challenges and apply the skills acquired in the courses.
