Customer Relations Specialist – Belo Horizonte
The Customer Relations Specialist position at Atento’s Belo Horizonte branch is looking for professionals to provide support to employees and dependents of health plans. The role involves inbound voice support, where the employee will be responsible for clarifying doubts, making medical appointments, handling reimbursement requests, and coordinating authorization processes for consultations and exams.
The position requires a humanized and empathetic approach, ensuring that customers receive warm and efficient service. During the first three months, the work will be in-person at Atento’s unit in the Prado neighborhood in Belo Horizonte. After this period, professionals may work from home, provided they have a broadband internet connection of at least 30MB via cable.
Working hours will be from 12:20 PM to 6:40 PM, with a total workload of 180 hours per month. The schedule will be 6×1, meaning the professional will work six days and have one day off weekly, which can be on Saturdays or Sundays.
