Responsibilities

Provide support to customers, clarifying doubts and resolving issues;

Daily interaction with clients via chat and voice, handling various situations;

Meet quality standards in service to ensure a humanized and effective service.

Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years;
Completed secondary education (higher education is a plus);
Previous experience in call center;
Knowledge of paid digital marketing and social media;
Fluency in Spanish (native or fluent level) and intermediate to advanced English;
Communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
