Remote Job Opportunity for Spanish Speakers with Customer Service Experience and Knowledge of Social Media

Atento Brasil, a leader in customer relationship services, is accepting applications from November 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025, for a bilingual customer service specialist position focused on social media.

This is a Home Office work model with a permanent contract.

If you are passionate about social media, have experience in customer service, and are fluent in Spanish, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

Provide support to customers, clarifying doubts and resolving issues;

Daily interaction with clients via chat and voice, handling various situations;

Meet quality standards in service to ensure a humanized and effective service.

Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years;
Completed secondary education (higher education is a plus);
Previous experience in call center;
Knowledge of paid digital marketing and social media;
Fluency in Spanish (native or fluent level) and intermediate to advanced English;
Communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
