Atlas Professionals, an international recruitment and human resources management company, stated that maritime labor across the entire Prosafe fleet of offshore accommodation platforms. Under the scope awarded after a bidding procedure, Atlas will begin providing crew services for Prosafe’s semi-submersible accommodation platform Safe Concordia starting in January 2020 when the unit embarks on a 120-day project offshore Brazil.

Duncan Palmer, Prosafe’s director of people and organization, says: “Atlas’s involvement in providing a fully outsourced crew management function will enable us to maintain competency, ensure safe and efficient operations, and maximize flexibility in our operational costs during a period when demand remains lower than expected and with significant downtimes between contracts. We look forward to continuing to develop our long-standing relationship with Atlas Professionals and eagerly anticipate their ongoing support as the market recovers and we see an uptick in operational activity again.”
