Santander, one of the largest private banks in Brazil, is offering internship positions for students across the country. The Santander internship program is divided into Corporate and Wholesale, with the intern choosing which division they wish to pursue.

Santander aims to transform the future of the organization. Therefore, the goal of the Santander Internship Program is to develop, inspire, and train future professionals who will contribute to the bank’s challenges and growth.

In the Santander Corporate Internship Program, there are support areas intended to facilitate operations in the branches and maintain the functioning of areas such as communication, legal, risk, technology, among others.

Objectives of the Santander Internship Program

The Santander Internship Program aims to train and prepare interns with a corporate and pragmatic view of the bank’s business, the banking segment, and the financial market. The program also provides learning and practical experiences that complement academic training, as well as developing knowledge, skills, and competencies to be applied in the intern’s daily life and career.

To participate in the Santander Internship Program, you must be enrolled starting from the second semester of any higher education course; all are accepted. Internship positions are available throughout Brazil.

The selection process for applying to Santander internship positions has five stages, which are:

Applications;
Online Assessment;
Group Dynamics;
Business Panel with Manager + Final Interview;
Admission Process.

The hiring months occur in March, July, and November.
