The free Public Attendance Course, lasting 10 hours and at a beginner level, is available online through the Virtual School, offering content on personal, telephone, and digital attendance techniques, focusing on active listening, public perception, and management of complex situations.

General Structure, Workload, and Central Objective of the Course

With a total workload of 10 hours, the course aims to present fundamental notions of attendance, its different forms and techniques, highlighting essential practices to ensure that the individual being served feels well welcomed and understood.

The proposal includes a reflection on the essence of public attendance, an activity present in different business areas, regardless of the means of contact used, whether in person, by phone, or online.

Organization in Four Modules and Emphasis on Listening

Divided into four modules, the course addresses content that demonstrates the importance of listening attentively during attendance, highlighting how this practice directly impacts the quality of interaction with the public.

The modules also address the need to conduct attendance by demonstrating and recognizing its relevance, reinforcing the strategic role of this activity in the relationship between organizations and the individuals being served.

Practical Techniques and Activities Throughout the Course

Among the topics presented are techniques for dealing with public perception, problematic clients, and complicated situations that may arise during attendance, broadening the participants’ preparation.
