Troquei meu Haval por outro. Entreguei o meu Hev com 8600 km, fui para um Phev 19.
Vendedor comentou que um cliente comprou um BYD Song Plus no escuro, sem ter feito test drive, veio de Curitiba a Balneário Camboriú e deu na troca por um Haval com menos de 400 km.
Não dá para entender. O Song Plus Premium tem autonomia menor do que o Song Pro. BYD perdeu a chance de ser a melhor opção de SUV híbrido do Brasil. Já tenho um Song Plus desde 08/23 e aguardava esse lançamento para trocar de carro. Agora é esperar que o modelo seja atualizado e esse erro corrigido.
Estou com problemas no pós venda do meu Song.
