Canada aims to address the population deficit issue and plans to admit over 1.2 million permanent residents in 2023. “And Brazilians are well regarded by Quebec companies due to their competence and ease of cultural adaptation,” comments Elisa Rinco, international mobility director at Québec International.

Additionally, the consulting firm Hayman-Woodward reports an average of 2,300 expatriation cases per year.
