“On January 3, 2025, we picked up the Tiggo 7 Sport at the dealership in Porto Alegre (RS). We were very happy because the car is beautiful, has an impressive design, both inside and out, and drives very well. The following weekend, we woke up early because we had plans to go to Gramado to enjoy the new car on a trip. Before we hit the road, the car stopped in the middle of the street and, in no way (sic), moved again. This happened eight days after we got the car, with [only] 247 km on the odometer,”
