Commerce and Tourism companies can train their teams with 70 free online courses, all with nationally recognized digital certification, through the Senac Empresas platform developed by Senac-SC.
The goal is to enhance the qualification of workers and support the competitiveness of the sector, especially given the difficulty in finding specialized labor.
According to the regional director of Senac-SC, Fabiano Battisti Archer, the proposal aims to “broaden the delivery to society with free courses, with certification and the quality that only Senac offers.”

Training in High-Demand Areas
The catalog includes topics that reflect market trends, such as Artificial Intelligence Applied to Business, Digital Marketing, and content on NR-1, which addresses general provisions of occupational safety legislation and Occupational Risk Management (GRO).
The standard has been updated to include psychosocial factors and provides for an adjustment period until May 2026, increasing the demand for specific training.
The courses are self-instructional, meaning participants can decide when and how to study.
This flexibility allows employees to maintain learning even with busy schedules, as well as democratizing access in regions where the availability of in-person training is lower.

Of the total courses, 36 are open to the general public and 34 are exclusive to registered companies.
