Capgemini points out that job openings in the home office modality are for the Information Technology area, with different levels of positions and opportunities for PwDs. Learn more below     

The Capgemini Group, focused on technology, announced on Tuesday (5) that more than 300 job vacancies are open for different areas. Most of the opportunities are for remote work, that is, in a home office, in addition to jobs in hybrid mode. Active in cloud data management, the Capgemini Group also focuses on the development of software and artificial intelligence. Capgemini intends to become a world reference also in terms of social contribution, promoting diversity and ensuring that there is equality in the offer of opportunities and the preservation of natural resources.

According to Capgemini, the selective process will take place practically throughout the month of April. Among the main home office job openings are Data Analysis and Development and Consulting positions for Digital Solutions.

Capgemini is offering vacancies that cover different levels of positions, such as junior, full and senior. Job vacancies at Capgemini are also available to people with disabilities (PwD).

Those interested in filling one of the home office vacancies at Capgemini should access the group's website. Each of the vacancies has its own standard of requirements, so any questions can be answered within the registration area.

However, knowledge of English between basic and intermediate levels and previous professional experience in the area are valid requirements for all job vacancies offered by Capgemini. It is also essential to have completed or be attending any course in the IT (Information Technology) area.

Between mid-December 2019 and May 2020, a questionnaire was sent to all Capgemini employees, with the aim of receiving suggestions for formulations that could help achieve the group's objectives.

In all, according to Capgemini data, there were more than 50.000 responses and around 35.000 comments, which were received and analyzed for the preparation of the final version. Around 15 workshops were organized for young Capgemini employees in India, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany and France.
