New Italian Electric Car Arrives in the Automotive Market to Revolutionize: Company Launches Electric Car Without Drivers License Requirement in Some Countries for R$ 64 Thousand. Check Out the Details!

The Italian company Desner recently opened pre-sales for its new mini electric model, the Desner A05, which made its debut at the Milan International Auto Show (Italy) as an electric car without the requirement of a drivers license. Under European vehicle classification, the Italian electric model is an L6e, which can be classified as a quadricycle, allowing 14-year-olds to take the wheel without a license.

Italian Electric Car Delivers Up to 120 km of Range

The electric car will be available on the market starting in the second half of 2025. Desner is encouraging interested buyers to make a deposit of 99 euros, equivalent to R$ 645 at the current exchange rate, to secure a discount on the final purchase price of 9,900 euros, equivalent to R$ 64,500.

The top speed of the car without a drivers license is 45 km/h, making it a perfect model for transportation within city limits. The 3 kW motor allows the Italian car to tackle any incline without loss of torque or acceleration, according to information from Desner itself.

The 7.2 kWh battery of the electric car without a drivers license guarantees a range of 120 km and can be recharged at home in about six hours. The vehicle features three doors, seats for a driver and passenger, trunk space, a tablet-sized screen, a digital cockpit, and “high-performance” speakers. There is also an option for internal heating and air conditioning.

Car Without Drivers License Has Reinforced Steel Structure

The headlights of the Italian electric car have external light detection, with LED lights featuring front and rear signatures in two tones. For the exterior, customers can choose between black, white, red, green, and sky blue colors.

According to the company, the electric car features a reinforced steel structure, with lightweight alloy wheels wrapped in 145/60 R13 tires and front and rear disc brakes. The compact dimensions of 2.6 m x 1.39 m x 1.63 m make parking easier, allowing it to fit within motorcycle bay lines.

It is important to mention that the company offers the car without a drivers license remote assistance or direct assistance, for worry-free maintenance, along with a 5-year towing warranty for uninterrupted mobility. The company continually seeks to offer improvements and innovations in products, from the small, comfortable L6 to the L7 for daily family use.

Another Model of Car Without Drivers License Also Gains Attention in the Automotive Sector

In addition to this Italian electric car, a small Dutch company called Breda has changed the automotive market this year with its innovative solar-powered electric car, which does not require a drivers license to operate.

The first models were completed in September and are available in the market. The new electric car without a drivers license promises to change how we view sustainable mobility, combining energy efficiency with accessibility.

The electric car without a drivers license, named Squad, is a compact model measuring 2 m x 1.2 m x 1.6 m.

The vehicle, which does not require a drivers license, seats only two people and is priced at approximately 5,750 euros, equivalent to R$ 35 thousand in direct conversion without accounting for Brazilian taxes. The model is produced entirely from recyclable materials and stands out for its solar panel, which provides a range of 100 km on a full charge.
