The new Renault Koleos has a screen exclusively for the passenger that is invisible to the driver, heated rear seats, and 29 assistance systems, but its Chinese competitors cost R$ 40,000 less and deliver more power.
The main visual novelty of the Tracker 2026 is directly associated with inspiration from two other models of the brand, Montana and Spin, in addition to technological innovations such as the new oil bath belt.
The 2026 line of the compact SUV reaches Brazilian consumers with a complete list of versions: Chevrolet Tracker AT, LT, LTZ, Premier and RS.
Each of them presents a specific proposal of equipment, finishing and visual, reinforcing the manufacturer’s strategy to cater to different audience profiles.
The suggested price for the entry-level version, named AT, is R$ 119,900.
The LT version is priced at R$ 154,090, while the intermediate LTZ is offered at R$ 169,490.
The top-of-the-line configurations, Premier and RS, cost R$ 189,590 and R$ 190,590, respectively.

Engine Of The Chevrolet Tracker 2026
In mechanical terms, the Chevrolet Tracker 2026 maintains the same engine configuration as the previous generation, which had already been updated at the beginning of the year to meet the new vehicle emission standards established in Brazil.
The entry and intermediate options continue to be equipped with a 1.0 turbo flex three-cylinder direct-injection engine, which offers up to 121 horsepower and 18.9 kgfm torque.
The more expensive versions, Premier and RS, are equipped with the 1.2 turbo flex engine, also with three cylinders and direct injection, capable of delivering up to 141 horsepower and maximum torque of 22.9 kgfm.
Both engine configurations are accompanied by a six-speed automatic transmission, ensuring comfortable driving both in urban and highway use.
Despite market expectations for a hybrid engine, the Tracker 2026 does not currently bring a 48-volt mild hybrid (MHEV) system.
According to information confirmed by Chevrolet, this technology, already used in models such as the Monza produced in China, is only expected to be incorporated into the Brazilian utility vehicle starting in 2026.
The MHEV system uses a 48V battery to act as an alternator, providing an extra boost of power and torque in situations of higher demand, but without the ability to independently drive the wheels.

Design And Visual Of The New Tracker
The design of the new Chevrolet Tracker 2026 has received changes inspired by the Montana and Spin models, especially at the front, now marked by narrow LED headlights, divided into two blocks.
The optical set, which includes LED daytime running lights (DRLs) at the top and main headlights just below, highlights the modernization of the front visual.
The front grille has gained more generous dimensions and adopts a honeycomb style, giving robustness to the set.
At the rear, the taillights feature new internal graphics, following global design trends.
Specifically in the RS version, which has a sportier profile, the finishing of the taillights and other external elements has a darkened tone, reinforcing the sportiness proposal.
Despite the visual changes, the dimensions of the Tracker remain unchanged: it measures 4.27 meters in length, 1.79 meters in width, 1.62 meters in height and 2.57 meters in wheelbase.
The trunk maintains a capacity of 393 liters, positioning itself among the leaders of the category in luggage volume.

Equipment And Technology In The Chevrolet Tracker 2026
Internally, the Chevrolet Tracker 2026 incorporates elements already seen in the Spin, bringing advances in connectivity and comfort.
Highlight for the new 11-inch multimedia center, which integrates the 8-inch digital instrument panel, both slightly angled toward the driver to improve ergonomics and the driving experience.
The wireless connectivity for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay remains available in all versions, as does the OnStar assistance system, exclusive to Chevrolet.
The SUV’s cabin has also been upgraded with the introduction of new soft-touch materials and different textures in the upholstery.
The central console has been redesigned, now being higher and wider, with a new scheme for cup holders.
The sunroof, one of the most desired items in the segment, is available as standard equipment only in the Premier and RS versions.
The set of equipment, which includes stability and traction controls, multiple airbags, hill-start assist, parking sensors and rearview camera, reinforces the brand’s commitment to safety.
Technical Differentials And Maintenance Of The Compact SUV
Among the technical innovations of the Tracker 2026, the adoption of the oil-bathed belt stands out, a solution that increases the durability of the component and reduces maintenance needs over time.
According to Chevrolet, this update contributes to the cost-effectiveness of the utility vehicle, a factor that has been decisive in the choice of Brazilian consumers.
The positioning of the Chevrolet Tracker 2026 in the national market remains competitive, as the compact SUV combines updated design, efficient engine, high level of connectivity and standard equipment that accompany the evolution of the segment.
The absence of the hybrid system, which is expected to arrive only in 2026, is pointed out by experts as one of the few areas for improvement, especially in light of the global electrification trend.
With the arrival of the new Tracker, Chevrolet reinforces its presence in one of the most fiercely contested segments in the country and presents a model that combines technology, safety and comfort.
The strategy of diversifying the versions, catering to both more accessible options and sporty and sophisticated configurations, broadens the reach of the utility vehicle among different consumer profiles.
