In partnership with Gi Group Brasil, an Italian multinational in human resources, the initiative is part of the Femsa Summer Plan, which aims to hire temporary staff to support the significant increase in the production, distribution, and sale of products during the peak season, ensuring that this demand is met with quality. This year’s project anticipates hiring for shifts that will run from August to December this year.
