Although still under construction, the new Coca-Cola FEMSA Distribution Center in Santo André (SP) is already accepting resumes for job openings in the city. Of the 162 opportunities offered at CPETR (Public Employment, Work and Income Center), 130 are for positions in two outsourced companies working for Coca-Cola.

130 Job Openings For FEMSA In SP

Of the 130 job openings offered by Coca-Cola, 60 are for driver assistants and 70 for drivers. To apply for the FEMSA opportunities, interested parties must send a resume to the email: cpetr@santoandre.sp.gov.br by Wednesday (14).

According to the mayor of Santo André (SP), Paulo Serra, even during the COVID-19 pandemic, the city maintained its growth pace in attracting new investments that generate job openings and income for the population. According to Serra, the positive results reflect all the planning and management, ensuring the city’s competitiveness and the creation of new opportunities.

Requirements Proposed By Coca-Cola FEMSA

For the truck driver position, candidates must have completed elementary school, hold a category D driver’s license for three years, and have at least one year of experience.

For the job openings as driver assistants, no prior knowledge in the area is required, only a completed elementary education. The positions are offered by the companies R.A.G. Paes Transportes LTDA and Pablo Transportes LTDA.

The other 32 job openings in SP, offered by outsourced companies, include positions such as plasterers, with 7 openings, parking attendants, with 6 openings, stock clerks, with 5, industrial plumbers, with 3, goods checkers, with 2, store managers with 2, and many other roles.

Coca-Cola Distribution Center

Coca-Cola FEMSA estimates that its new Distribution Center, which will receive investments of approximately R$ 100 million, will bring 400 new job openings to the city.

The facility in Santo André (SP) will facilitate the distribution of Coca-Cola products throughout the ABC region, as well as a large part of Baixada Santista and the East and South zones. The plant is being installed on a plot located on Avenida dos Estados and will occupy an area of approximately 90 thousand square meters.
