The expectation for the General Sales Value (VGV) in Maringá is approximately R$ 250 million, with a projected growth of 30% in sales by 2023.
“We have projects for the next three years that will represent various actions in the city’s economy,” explains Bruno Catarino, manager of the Yticon unit in Maringá. In total, 680 apartments will be launched in Maringá this year, with sizes ranging from 51 to 80 square meters. “The city has enormous economic potential, and for the first time, we will launch a venture in the highest category of the compact niche. The price of the properties will range from R$ 285,000 to R$ 520,000,” says Catarino. “At the same time, we are investing heavily in technologies that increase our productivity and the quality of our products. Soon, the residents of Maringá will be able to enjoy all of this,” he adds.
Paraná Has Huge Economic Potential in the Construction Sector
The ventures of Yticon are aimed at first-time homebuyers, featuring intelligent floor plans that prioritize space optimization. It is no coincidence that the company instills the concept of shared economy in its ventures, a model of intelligent and multifunctional housing. “The concept extends to common areas and support services within residential projects. Ideas based on shared economy incorporate laundry facilities and coworking spaces (for shared use of workspaces), two traditional spaces in residential buildings in other countries that are becoming increasingly common in Brazil.” The projects also provide space for shared bicycle parking, sports equipment, and tools.
The architectural design of the showroom is credited to architect Renato Viani, who drew inspiration from dynamic and contemporary architecture, in line with the youthful and innovative spirit of the company. “The most important aspect is the overall structure of the building, as every detail has been carefully planned to provide a visit where the spatial and sensory experience of the displayed apartments surprises users, leading them to identify it as their potential new home,” emphasizes the architect. The location features a large reception hall and two floors to simultaneously showcase four decorated apartments. At the end of March, the company will also open for visitation the decorated model of its first compact segment venture.
