Attention construction professionals residents of Paraná! Many job vacancies will be generated for the construction works of 680 apartments in Maringá
Attentive to the economic growth potential of Maringá (PR), the A.Yoshii Group has just inaugurated in the city the first showroom by Yticon, a construction company that develops economic and compact developments, located in regions with potential appreciation, focusing on the first property. With this year's launches, the construction company also expects to generate more than 300 direct job openings in the works in the first half of 2022, in addition to moving the entire civil construction production chain.

For the start of activities, the estimated value of the company's investment is around R$ 200 million, with three launches confirmed throughout the year, two of which in the first half of 2022.
“We have projects for the next three years that will represent various actions in the city's economy”, explains Bruno Catarino, manager of the Yticon unit in Maringá. The great acceptance in the market of Londrina and Cambé is a great indicator and the manager guarantees that, in Maringá, the line of work of the projects will continue with the same quality, and confirms that there will be launch of new product models.
In total, in Maringá, 680 apartments will be launched this year alone, with footage ranging from 51 to 80 square meters. “The city has enormous economic potential and, for the first time, we are going to launch a development in the highest category of the compact niche. The real estate values of the developments will vary from R$ 285 to R$ 520”, says Catarino. “At the same time, we invest heavily in technologies that increase our productivity and the quality of our products. Soon, the residents of Maringá will be able to enjoy all this”, he adds.
Paraná has enormous economic potential in the field of civil construction
Yticon's developments are aimed at the first property, with intelligent plans that excel in space optimization. Not by chance, the construction company imprints the concept of shared economy on its developments, a model of smart and multifunctional housing. “The concept extends to living spaces and support services within residential projects. In ideas based on the sharing economy is the incorporation of laundry and space coworking (for shared use of the workplace), two traditional spaces in residential buildings in other countries and which are becoming increasingly common in Brazil”. In the developments, there is also space for a shared bicycle rack (for the collective use of bicycles), sporting materials and tools.
The architectural design of showroom is signed by architect Renato Viani, who was inspired by dynamic and contemporary architecture, in line with the young and innovative spirit of the construction company. “The most important thing is the building as a whole, as every detail was designed to provide a visit, whose spatial and sensory experience of the apartments on display makes the user surprised to identify it as their possible new home”, points out the architect. The site brings together a large reception hall and two floors to simultaneously receive four decorated apartments. At the end of March, the construction company will also open, for visitors, the decoration of the first development to be launched in the compact segment.
