AFA Releases New Announcement for Contest With Openings for Officer Intendants, Aviators, and Infantry Officers

The Air Force Academy has released a new announcement for a contest with opportunities for those with a high school diploma. There are 25 openings for the Officer Aviator, Officer Intendant, and Infantry Officer Training Courses for the year 2024. Continue reading the article to learn more information on how to apply!

According to Folha Dirigida, the announcement includes 10 openings for Officer Intendants, with two for quotas and eight for general competition; 5 openings for Officer Aviators, with one for quotas and four for general competition; and 10 openings for Infantry Officers (two for quotas and eight for general competition).

Requirements and Compensation for Vacancies in the Air Force

As stated in the announcement, to apply and participate in the Air Force contest, one must have completed high school and be no younger than 17 years old and not turn 23 by December 31 of the enrollment year in the course.

The selection process stages for the Air Force are: written exams, intermediate concentration, health inspection, psychological aptitude exam, informational interview, Physical Conditioning Assessment Test (TACF), and finally, the training course. Click here to check the announcement!

According to the announcement, the exams for the AFA contest will take place on June 18, with the gates closing at 9 AM and starting at 9:40 AM. The exams will be held in the following cities: Brasília-DF; Canoas-RS; Campo Grande-MS; Porto Velho-RO; Boa Vista-RR; Manaus-AM; Belém-PA; Parnamirim-RN; Salvador-BA; Curitiba-PR; Recife-PE; Rio de Janeiro-RJ; São Paulo-SP; Pirassununga-SP; Barbacena-MG; and Belo Horizonte-MG.

Interested individuals must register for the contest between 10 AM on March 10 and 9 AM on March 27. To apply, you need to access the Brazilian Air Force admission website, on the Admission and Selection Division Portal, by clicking here! The candidate must fill out the registration form with all the data and select the desired position.
