Julián also explains that they were inspired by McKinsey's most demanding hiring method, which at a certain point uses a video game to identify the skills required for the position. And also the original one from Google, which a few years ago put an equation on a poster located on one of the busiest routes in the United States, and those who managed to solve the problem and put the result in the search engine managed to bypass the first part of the selection process.
“Classic interviews are no longer enough to detect people's necessary skills. We like to see the selection process as a video game too, in which the candidate goes through each level with the objective of fulfilling their final mission. Furthermore, we do not intend for our candidates to be good in just one area, but for them to have the necessary tools to develop themselves in several other areas.
