The EBSERH Competition Will Have Its Announcement Published Today (02) of October. The Mid-Level and Higher Competition Will Have 695 Vacancies Distributed in States of Almost All of Brazil.
The competition of the Brazilian Company of Hospital Services (EBSERH) will have a total of 695 vacancies and the publication of the announcement is expected to happen this month of October. The confirmation was made last Thursday (28), during the event for the drawing of vacancies for the EBSERH competition that will be reserved for racial quotas. The official announcement will be released today (02) on the official EBSERH portal.

Initially, the estimated number of vacancies was 688 positions. The EBSERH competition for mid-level and higher has already signed a contract with the selected organizing body since September 21, and the chosen one was the Brazilian Institute of Training and Qualification (IBFC).
The vacancies of the competition will be distributed among several mid-level and higher positions, for the medical, administrative, and assistance areas. For each area, an announcement will be published, totaling three, with the vacancies distributed as follows:

For positions that require technical high school education, the starting salaries are R$ 2,502.87 for a workload of 24 hours per week, R$ 4,754.29 for 36 hours, and R$ 4,171.99 for 40 hours. As for higher education, the salaries are as follows:
- Journalist – R$ 4,541.26, for 25 hours per week;
- Doctor 40 hours – up to R$ 19,614.63;
- Doctor 24 hours – R$ 9,973.13;
- Nurse – R$ 7,715.96, for 36 hours per week;
- Doctor 30 hours – up to R$ 10,564.32.
- In addition, the institution offers benefits such as:
- assistance for people with disabilities for children or dependents – R$ 207.48;
- preschool assistance – R$ 183.72;
- medical and dental assistance;
- food assistance – R$ 563.16.

How Will the Exams of the EBSERH Competition Be?
The mid-level and higher EBSERH competition will have two phases, which include the objective multiple-choice exam, with a written or essay exam for administrative areas and possibly having written questions or essay for medical and assistance areas, as well as a curricular evaluation of titles and professional experience.
The exams for the EBSERH mid-level technical competition are expected to be held in the morning, while those for the assistance, medical, and administrative areas of higher education are scheduled for the afternoon.
The written exam for the administrative area of mid-level technicians consists of writing a dissertation text, with a length between 20 and 30 lines, based on a topic related to basic knowledge and current events.
Meanwhile, the written exam for the administrative area of higher education may contain up to two questions, consisting of the writing of dissertation and descriptive texts, with a length between 20 and 30 lines, based on a topic that must be related to the specific knowledge of each specialty.
Know How the Last Mid-Level and Higher Competition of EBSERH Was
The last major EBSERH competition took place in 2019, when no less than 2,464 vacancies were offered for immediate filling, in addition to forming a reserve list of personnel in various positions, with opportunities for mid-level, technical, and higher education in several states of Brazil. The starting salaries offered to those approved for the positions ranged from R$ 2,170.22 to R$ 10,350.56.
The selection process included several announcements, distributed among two organizing bodies, namely, Fundação Vunesp and the Brazilian Institute of Training and Qualification (IBFC). A total of 324,832 applicants were registered in Brazil.
